  23. I don't think this is really a bug.
  24. web2c-6.1 uses a different version of kpathsea.
  25. There is a patch (web2c.help.kpathsea) 
  26. to use the latest version of kpathsea
  27. (as in xdvik and dvipsk) with web2c.
